Anyone have a good recipe for boneless pork chops?

my favorite is a rosemary thyme rub, with salt and pepper.
Shake-n-bake, baby! Or just flour mixed with salt, pepper, and deep fry those chops, serve hot with a side of sweet, hot rasberry sauce and sweet-buttered corn on the cob! YEEE HAWW!
I put a can of mushroom soup in a baking pan, with the milk added and chopped up a few onions and put my pork chops in that and baked it on 350 degrees for like an hour or two, can't remember which, well until the meat is fully cooked, of they turn out so tender and have a great taste!
Take the pork chops and start to cook them, when they are half way done, take some mushroom soup and a little milk, and pour on top of them and let them simmer for a half hour. Its very good!
I LOVE to fry them up. Fry some potatoes and get out the sauerkraut!! Not real healthy but sooo tasty.
There are a few things we do, BBQ, Shake-n-Bake, I lightly cook them in a frying pan, then put them in a casserole dish with noodles, cream of mushroom soup, and some frozen veggies. Then I sprinkle bread crumbs over the top, and bake at 350.

We love to season boneless pork chops with a favorite bbq seasoning (like Durn Good Seasoning), grill them, then serve with a little bbq sauce in a dish to use as a dipping sauce. For grilling times we use the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com. Just enter the type of grill (gas or charcoal) and the thickness of each chop. It will give you instructions for how to grill boneless pork chops so that they are nice and juicy. We also like to cut up leftover grilled boneless pork chops and add them to red beans and rice.
Cajun Fried Chicken or Pork 4-5 boneless chicken breasts, boneless pork chops 1 cup of self-rising flour, unsifted 1 tsp garlic salt 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1tbs Dijon mustard 1/3 cup Tabasco ¼ cup water 1 – 1 ½ cups oil, for frying Combine cayenne pepper, mustard, Tabasco, and water in plastic container or gallon size zip lock bag. If you pierce chicken with a fork first it will be a lot spicier (don’t do this unless you like it HOT!). Place chicken in marinade, turning to coat well. Marinate for no more than 1 hour, turning frequently. Combine self-rising flour and garlic salt in a plastic bag or container. Add chicken to coat, one at a time is best. I use tongs so my hands don’t get messy. Heat vegetable oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Fry chicken pieces, turning once, for about 15-20 minutes total. Remove from pan immediately and keep warm. If you use regular pieces of chicken, with bone in, cook for at least 30-45 minutes, or until done. Serving Suggestions: Garlic flavored pasta or garlic mashed potatoes and green beans or broccoli. Moms Accidental Teriyaki Pork Chops This dish can be made more or less sweet according to taste.
