Boneless Pork Chop Recipes Question And Answer
What is a good recipe for pork?
I have all this boneless pork that I need to use up, and was wondering if anyone knows of a good recipe for either porkchops or barbecue pork chops. I don't have any fancy ingredients like barbecue sauce or anything just regular ketchup and so on. Does anyone know of a way I can make a breading for the porkchops if I were to fry them? Any help appreciated.
Answers
You could just coat them in a breading that you would use for fried chicken - you get a good result OR you could marinate in olive oil and rosemary and either grill or saute (these are called Tuscan Pork Chops) both work well with oven roasted new potato. You could also add a little parmesan cheese to the breading with some oregano and then after cooking put some tomato sauce and cheese on top for a Pork Parmesan.
Italian Breaded Pork Chops
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons milk
1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
4 pork chops
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a small bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. In a separate small bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook until lightly browned. Remove garlic, reserving for other uses.
Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly. Place coated pork chops in the skillet, and brown abut 5 minutes on each side.
Place the skillet and pork chops in the preheated oven, and cook 25 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

Honey Mustard BBQ Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
* 1/3 cup honey
* 3 tablespoons orange juice
* 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
* 1 teaspoon white wine
* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
* 2 teaspoons onion powder, or to taste
* 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
* 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
* 8 thin cut pork chops
DIRECTIONS
1. Place honey, orange juice, vinegar, wine, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, tarragon, and mustard in a large resealable plastic bag. Slash fatty edge of each chop in about three places without cutting into the meat; this will prevent the meat from curling during cooking. Place chops in the plastic bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
2. Preheat grill for high heat.
3. Lightly oil grill grate. Place chops on grill, and discard marinade. Cook chops for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, or to desired doneness.
You could dredge them in egg and flour and pan-fry them just like you would fry chicken.
Or you could make your own sauce with ketchup, mustard, a little brown sugar, garlic and lemon....
******BAKED HAM STEAK
1 center cut ham steak (2-3" thick)
Brown sugar
Dry mustard
1 sm. can Pet milk
Hand pack ham with mustard and brown sugar. Place in heavy skillet. Cover with Pet milk. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours, until ham is fork tender
You could slice it into pork chops. What I do is place them in a dish and pour a can of beer over them. Then I add garlic power, crazy pepper, onion power, parsley, season salt and any other seasonings I have kicking around. I let them marinate for about an hour and flip them over and do the same to the other side. After that just throw them on the grill. The beer gives them a nice flavor and of course the alcohol is burned off in the cooking process.
I just made this recipe last night: 1 or 2 cups of water (depends on how much meat), 1 package of dry onion soup and 1 package of Goya Sazon (orange box - here is the link to show you the box: http://www.goya.com/english/products/product.html?prodCatID=4&prodSubCatID=8). Add all the ingredients into a crockpot on high for about two hours then turn to low/warn for a few more. I cook rice on the side or you can even add a bag of boil-n-bag rice (uncooked) to the crockpot for the last hour. The meat is so very tender and taste terrific. If you have more time, you can cook it all on medium or low for 5 hours. I cook it on high when my time is limited.
Good luck on your recipe hunt, hope I helped!
