If you're feeding just one I don't understand how you need help making that list last 2 weeks!
http://www.allrecipes.com has a great search. Put in the ingredients you want to use and it will pull up ideas for you. I find casseroles are best when trying to stretch food.
You got lots of food there You will be fine ..Just dont eat like a cow lol and you'll be fine
How many people are you trying to feed? Can't help if I don't know.
If you have garlic I can suggest one meal...
saute the mushrooms in butter and garlic
boil spaghetti noodles
add butter and garlic to noodles after you drain them and a little salt
and cover with the sauteed mushrooms
YMMMMM!
Meat balls with the g. beef, onions, bread (crumbs), salt and pepper and eggs.
Spaghetti sauce with onions, cans of tomatoes (mas, crush etc) salt and pepper. You can add some mushroom to the sauce too.
Pork chops seasoned with salt and pepper, pan friend on butter.
Baked potatoes
Warmed sweet corn
Boiled carrots.
Carrots sticks
Shredded carrots with salt and pepper stirred fried in butter
boiled asparagus with butter and S and P.
Omelets
fried egg sandwich (bread)
Steamed cauliflower with butter and s and p.
stir fried mushrooms in butter and onions s and p.
Mashed potatoes (can)
More?
go on websites or get cook books. personally i would just by some beans and bread and hav beans on toast
i see...
eggs and toast for breakfast every day
4 nights of porkchop dinners/porkchop sandwiches with sauteed mushorooms and onions, and asparagus on the side.
5 baked potatoe dinners with your choice of cauliflowers, asparagus, or carrots on the side.
spaghetti with the ground beef tomatoes and onions and sweet corn for a few nights
im assuming you can eat only 2 meals a day. its not that hard choose breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner, but dont skip breakfast, it will keep you more full throughout the day.
so thats 12 beakfasts and 12 dinner/lunches for you there.
I guess the other 2 days you will just have to improvise!! Good Luck!! :)
