Pork Loin Chops Recipe Question And Answer
This is what I'm making for dinner served over rice. It is something we have all of the time. I want to have spinach as a side dish because i have a ton of it. What recipe could i use for the spinach or would plain steamed spinach with S&P and butter be good?

Last week I followed a crockpot/slow cooker recipe and dumped my pork chops in with a can ot two of cream of mushroom soup
I didn't like the texture of the (bone in) chops at all - too mushy and soft
Anyway: if I sear the chops in a skillet first will this make the chops more cripsy (less soft and brittle)
I am putting chops in with cranberry jelly and chopped onion. Used this mixture last week with pork loin roast and it was delicious

I would like some ideas on how to make a top loin pork chop so tender that it melts in your mouth. The ones that I've cooked before were tough. What I have now is about 3/4" to 1" thick. I would like to bake it slowly in the over. Any ideas for recipes? (I hate meat that's tough, and besides, it's hard for me to chew and I end up having to throw it out.)
i am so sick of shake'n Bake,i need an awsome recipe that is quick, can anyone help?
I'm planning on making a father's day meal. I've decided on grilling some Yukon Gold potatoes cut into wedges and seasoned as a side. Only today have I decided on grilling pork. I need a good pork recipe, be it for loin (preferred) or I can even go with chops since I know they are better for grilling. Plus if you can suggest any additional sides, please leave any suggestions.
I've got a little over 1 pound of these spare rip tip strips. I've never cooked pork before.
My husband works for a hog farm and that equals freezer full of pork...what are some recipes I can make with pork loin chops? We already had them fried with mashed potatoes, corn and gravy, oh how wonderful it was!! But now I am looking for some other ways to fix them. All suggestions are welcome. Thank you so much!
I love new recipes. Tonight I am making Pork Loin CHops I always make them the same way - I grill them Stove top and add seasonings .... just wondering if there were any ways to spruce it up a bit.
Also I always seem to do the same side dishes .... potatos boiled, mashed or baked, or rice .... and veggies.
What else can I do to wow - our plates tonight.
Something simple and easy - and YUM!
