I have some of this sauce in my cupboard but do not know any recipes - anyone know of any good ones - especially involving chicken or pork spare ribs? Sorry that should read papaya ( i think- must check the label!!!)

if it is a bbq type sauce use it on grilled pork chop, grilled chiken ,or grilled fish. if it is a glaze then finish off some pork ribs ,or some grilled fish with it. lr
