bake in oven over pan of water at 325 degrees for about 35 min. and check with fork about every 12 min to see if getting tender
I cook my ribs early like around 10am if you want it done by dinner time and i put little bit of water in the glass pan. just enough to cover the bottom (NOT OVER THE RIBS) I put the ribs on about 300 or 275 and when they are done they fall off the bone.
hope this helps
(if you do want to put sauce on just put the sauce on 10minutes b4 you take them out.)
Just mariniate with yoghurt overnight. Then throw all-sasons powder all over the slab and throw onto high fire for a short time till the sizzle starts and you have the best poork ribs in the world !!!
take chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, thyme, sweet basil, celery salt. Mix equal amounts of everything, and rub onto meat. Place in roasting pan with a small amount of liquid in bottom of pan, and cover tightly with foil. Make sure that all seams and edges are closed. Bake in 250 degree oven till done. The longer you cook the more tender it will be.
The secret to the ribs falling off the bone is to boil them first.
Simply use one of the rib rubs purchased at the store.

If your cooking baby back ribs or regular spare ribs the best thing you can do is pressure cook them for about 20 Min's for baby back and 25 Min's for regular ribs , then put your dry rub or sauce on and put them on the grill for about 30 to 45 Min's there real tender and you'll love them.
Boil them first then season them with Montreal Steak Seasoning and grill.I want some ribs now!
I rub the ribs with a bit of dry mustard, black pepper and poultry seasoning. Then put them on a thin bed of sauerkraut ( with all the juice) in a large roaster ; cover and put in a hot (400*F) oven. After about 5 minutes , I turn the oven down to 300*F and cook for about 2 1/2 hours. Then uncover and cook another 15 minutes.
The meat falls off the bone and the sauerkraut gives them a special flavour (sometimes I sprinkle some caraway seed on the sauerkraut )............Enjoy !
I've taken my ribs all over the U.S. It's not really a secret to make the meat fall off the bone. DO NOT BOIL the ribs, steam them, if you boil them you just take all the flavor away. I usually put the rack in my 9 or 18 qt. roaster, add water to the top of the rack, add about 4 tbls. vinegar to the water, (YES VINEGAR, it's a natural tenderizer) I cut the ribs in about three boned sections, layer them sideways, like I'm filing them, lol, then cover and steam at 325 or 350 degrees for just about three hours. You'll start to notice the meat separating from the bone. After about 2 and 1/2 hrs. keep checking them, you don't want to cook them too long otherwise the bone can become too soft to even handle by hand. Just remember "THE SECRET IS IN THE SAUCE", you can simply put them on the grill(after you've steamed them) and baste them with your favorite sauce, or wait for them to cool a bit and rub them with your favorite seasonings and brown them on the grill. Once their steamed the rest is quick.
boil it first

Method :
* Mix the dry rub ingredients together in a bowl. Dust the ribs with the dry rub, then rub it in well. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
* Prepare a charcoal fire or preheat a gas grill.
* To make the Lone Star Moppin' Sauce, place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together well.
* Cook the ribs on a cool part of the grill, basting with the Moppin' Sauce, using a leek brush. Keep covered, so that the smoke scents the meat. The longer and slower the ribs cook, the more tender they will be. Allow 1 to 2 hours if the ribs are in a sheet, about 40 minutes if separated. To cook over medium heat, halve the time.
* Brush with She-Devil Barbecue Sauce when the ribs are almost done. Serve immediately, passing around the remaining sauce.
* This recipe yields 4 servings.
* Comments: Barbecued ribs are delicious rubbed with a dry spice mixture, then basted or "mopped," as they cook on the barbecue. The secret of their flavor is long, slow cooking, the ribs growing tender and smoky as they cook on the fire. Brush sweet and spicy "She-Devil Barbecue Sauce" on the ribs during the last 10 minutes of cooking, and offer an extra bowlful at the table.
i boiled the ribs for 10 minutes and then put them in the oven 325 degrees cover with foil for about a hour they will fall off the bone and juicy and good to eat
Use a Crock Pot....
Cut each rib from a rack of ribs and place vertically inside pot.
Sprinkle on some salt & pepper, then sprinkle some diced onions, mushrooms and celery.
Mix 1/4 cup Soy Sauce, 1/4 cup Worchestershire Sauce and 1/2 cup of cold water together and pour over ribs. Put lid on pot, set temp on maximum and let cook for about 2 - 2 1/2 hours.
Drain off liquids and dispose. Place one bottle of Bar B Que Sauce over ribs (I use Open Pit Tangy BBQ Sauce ) and turn heat to low and let cook for another 1 - 2 hours.
Meat will fall off the bone and taste fabulous.
Preparation simple & easy.
This is the simplest recipe:
Rinse ribs from package. Remove silver skin from underside of ribs. Place in pan, pour a cup of white vinegar over them. Cover pan with foil. YOU WILL NOT TASTE THE VINEGAR.
Bake in slow oven (250 degrees) for at least three hours. Last half hour, raise temperature to 350, remove foil.
Remove from oven, cover again with foil, let rest 15 minutes. Cut into 2 rib sections and serve with your favorite sauce.
