INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg, beaten
2 cups whole kernel corn
4 pork chops butterfly cut
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In bowl, combine bread crumbs, butter, egg, and corn. Mix until it is a stiff stuffing. Cut parallel into each chop to create a pocket. Stuff each pork chop with stuffing mix. Place chops in a cooking dish and then pour mushroom soup over top. Bake for about 45 minutes or until chops are cooked all the way through.

1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of potato soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried dill weed
2 cups finely shredded Cheddar cheese
2 pinches paprika

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Combine the potatoes, potato soup, celery soup, sour cream, milk, onion, salt, pepper and dill weed. Stir until well mixed; pour into prepared baking dish.
Spread cheese evenly over potatoes, sprinkle with paprika and bake for 1-1/2 hours until browned on top and bubbly.
truthfully.. I must confess that I use stouffers stuffing and I put cream of mushroom over and bake 30-35 mins at 350... and for potatoes I would use small baby red potatoes, put on tin foil with garlic, onions, olive oil, rosemary and pepper...put tin foil on top, seal and put in pan and bake with the chops...easy supper
