The veggies you have, spaghetti sauce and hamburger meat could be combined to produce a spaghetti Bolognese. You can adapt the recipe below. The BBC recipe finder is really good for looking up what to do with ingredients - I've included a link below (2nd link after the recipe). If you put in, say "pork chops", "green pepper", "potatoes", or any other combination, it should give you some ideas.
What about meatloaf with celery and onions in it? Just mince the celery and onions and mix it in with the hamburg meat before cooking. As for the pork chops you could stuff them if possible with the celery and onions and then you could pour the cream of mushroom soup over the top and serve it over pasta. Depending on what you have for pasta I make a can of tuna and put it in the fridge and then make elbow macaroni and rinse it off and add the tuna too it with a bit more mayonaise and just eat. It's kind of like a quick and easy tuna casserole. I love to eat this as it is very filling.
Well you could make a casserole, using the tuna, cream of mushroom soup and some pasta. A hamburger sauce with tomato sauce, meat and spaghetti. Pork chops and vegetables all baked together with some fresh herbs. And if you have lots of vegetables, a nice soup is always something which I think is frugal, because you can make a big pot, and it goes a long way.
