Stuffed Pork Chops Recipe Question And Answer

I just found, then immediately lost a recipe I saw for Pork Chops simmered in Apple Cider Vinegar and stuff?

It was cidar vinegar and other ingredients. I could use some help with this, was supposed to be TANGY. Also, what you typically would serve with it. No guesses please, respond only if you have had these chops.
